Citrix Workspace App 1808 For Mac

Receiver for Mac or Workspace app for Mac 1808 Modify the appropriate App Property to allow Receiver to read the customer parameters in the ICA file. This property is set to NO by default. To do this, open Terminal and run. The issue has been fixed in Citrix Workspace App for Mac 1808.
We have recently rolled out Citrix to deliver an application developed in house. Previously we had been using standard RDP. We moved to citrix to take advantage of the options/configurations/performance etc...
With the rollout, Windows 10 machines seem to be working very well. We have one issue with application windows launching behind, but we are working on that...
Citrix Workspace App 2002 For Mac
The issue I am looking for support with here, is Macs... I have users running everything from Citrix Receiver 12.9 through Workspace 19.3. Depending on the machine, I have a host of different issues... Some I have been able to solve. Most that I cannot are just oddities with Video. With Windows 10 in our environment, we pretty often have to update the two exe's with the DPI scaling options. But on Mac, I don't seem to have those options.
Some specific issues:
-After resizing or maximizing, the application move off screen in a couple of case. It is still there, still running, but launches off the visible real estate of the screen.
-In one case, when a user drags a screen from the application to a different desktop, it basically creates a loop of screens toggling from one to the other over and over... Have to shutoff machine to stop.
-a couple of users with multiple screens, certain screens they cannot move the application to at all(i am assuming some sort of resolution/dpi issue)
Can anyone offer any ideas about or option as to how to fine tune the mac workspace/receiver similar to how I would for my windows users?

Citrix Workspace App Mac
We have a dozen Mac users who are running Workspace to get published apps. It seems like once per month (time varies) Mac users have to uninstall Workspace, reinstall and reconfigure Workspace for it to function again. We had the same issues with Receiver for Mac as well.

1) Mac user launches Workspace or Receiver
2) They click on the app they want to run
3) A secondary Citrix icon pops up in their dock and after a few seconds it disappears and the app does not open
It took me a long time to figure out a workaround. The only way I found to get this working every time is to:
1) run the Workspace installer and select Uninstall
2) Go to Library / Preferences and delete any com.citrix* entries
3) Run the Workspace installer and create an account again
That always solves the problem. The question is: Why does this happen? It's as if Mac OS is corrupting the Citrix install. I get the same results with Yosemite-Catalina.
Surely others have seen this as well?
We are running XenApp 7.15. There are two servers hosting all the apps with a witness server for MSSQL. Everything works fine for PC users. No issues. Only Mac users have this problem.
